No Guarantee

There is no guarantee, 

no set date, 

nothing to indicate, 

when it all 

will come to an end. 

People pass through 

our lives, touch our hearts and 

leave their mark on our 

lives. 

We make friends, 

we loose friends, 

we get married, 

have kids, 

divorce and 

move on. 

Life happens and 

we take for granted that tomorrow 

will come and we will 

be able to do 

all we have put on hold. 

There is not guarantee 

that tomorrow 

will wake you, 

that during the night the 

angels won't come

take you. 

Today is the day, 

we have to 

start living the rest 

of our lives, 

like there is no tomorrow, 

for tomorrow is 

not a guarantee and 

today is all we have. 

Love the ones you love, 

let the ones that don't know, know. 

Fulfill your plans and

pray that God 

allows you one more day

to be here 

on this precious earth. 

Hold on to the fact that 

you are here and 

that though much you have lost, 

much more will be gained on 

those days that you 

give your all and 

chase the life you want

instead of surviving in the life 

you don't like. 

Chase life, 

don't give up and remember 

today is all that counts, 

until tomorrow 

becomes today.
